Our Business

We are a manufacturer of semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as wafer cleaning machines, etching machines and spin dryers, and manufacture a wide range of equipment from small research and development tools to automated equipment for mass production to meet the needs of our customers.
By making use of the technologies, we also develop and manufacture cleaning equipment for LCDs, semiconductor compounds, OLEDs, FPDs and LEDs.
All products are manufactured in-house which enables us to offer them at a low price.
