Since the days of the former U-TECH, our vacuum deposition equipment division has established DLC (diamond-like carbon) deposition technology using the CVD method, as well as single-crystal film formation technology using the sputtering method, which is a feat achieved by only a few companies in the world.
These technologies are a major strength of our company, as they enable us to consistently provide high-quality films, essential for high-value-added semiconductor devices such as MEMS, at low cost and on a mass production scale.
These technologies remain the foundation of our cutting-edge thin-film technology.
